Kangaroo Island Part 3

Here is the final part of our gorgeous trip on Kangaroo Island!

After our beautiful time in West Bay we started heading off closer to the Ferry and therferore stopped in 2 beautiful and astonishing places.

Remarkable Rocks:

The spectacular Remarkable Rocks, perched above the sea in Flinders Chase National Park, appear to be a collection of precariously balanced granite boulders.

Over 500 million years, the erosive forces of wind, sea spray, and rain sculpted this magnificent work of nature.

Remarkable Rock rose up to the earth's surface ages ago, forming rocks. When the rock cooled, it crystallised into granite with black mica,  bluish quartz, and pinkish feldspar. When moisture percolated through the granite and dissolved it into blocks, boulders eventually formed. What a gorgeous place with an astonishing view on the ocean.

Admirals Arch:

Admirals Arch is a natural rock arch constructed by the incredible powers of nature. We walked the boardwalk to see more seals however those are the New Zealand fur seal colony and then we saw Admirals Arch. Weathering and erosion from the sea have shaped the arch over thousands of years.

The New Zealand fur seal colonythat has established itself below the landmark. These dark brown seals rest and breed on land, but find food in the water. Summer is the primary breeding season, and the rock pools underneath Admirals Arch are an ideal place for seal pups to play. They were so cute and adorable I just wanted to hug them, however we do not talk about the smell!🥴

Time to go in the water here is a demonstration step by step on how to enter the water when being a seal

Without the use of bubbles or a change of water, you may create your own personal spa pool. It's all done for you!
